It is our mission to educate the community by removing the prominent misconceptions surrounding mental illness. Our goal is to offer a low cost education center, support, counseling, literature, and seminars. Bipolar Insights / Mental Health Educational Center is unique in that we care not only for those who are diagnosed with bipolar disorder / mental health, but we also reach out to family, friends, and the community. Bipolar Insights / Mental Health Educational Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation (Kindred Spirit) located in the city of Placerville.
